Challenge
To create a lifestyle brand concept that merges running culture, wellness, and fashion, while embodying the aspirational yet approachable spirit of Malibu. The idea was to explore how a fitness apparel company like Eclipse could expand into community-driven activations and branded experiences.
Process
I developed the Malibu Run Club concept as both a visual identity and a storytelling platform: Designed a brand identity system blending coastal aesthetics (light, minimal, ocean-inspired tones) with performance-driven athletic visuals.
Created mockups of apparel, signage, and digital touchpoints that brought the Run Club to life. Positioned the concept as a bridge between fitness apparel and lifestyle community, where participants could feel part of a culture, not just consumers of a product. Explored campaign concepts that emphasized inclusivity, movement, and aspirational wellness.
Result
The Malibu Run Club concept demonstrates how Eclipse could expand into experiential branding beyond apparel—building loyalty and lifestyle affinity. The work highlights my ability to connect product design with community storytelling, imagining how brands can live in both the marketplace and in culture.
